Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been scheduled or a report has been generated. This includes:

• Online consultations
• Customized horoscope or report generation
• Puja or ritual bookings (online or on-site)

Digital Products (PDF Reports, E-Guides)

All sales of digital products are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Please ensure all details entered are accurate before placing your order.

Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, Puja Kits)

We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective item.
• The item delivered was incorrect.
• You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving it.

Order Cancellations

• Orders for physical products may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Orders for astrology services or digital products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
